Yes, all parts and labour are covered for the duration of the warranty because we are partners with Worcester, Bosch and Vaillant who provide impeccable customer service. Not all manufacturer’s warranties cover everything and some even demand a £150 card payment which is only refundable in certain circumstances. At Viva Gas we don’t believe our customers should have to tolerate this kind of uncertainty. We want you to have a first class, trouble free experience and only deal with manufacturers who share this approach.

Yes, there are several easy payment options. You can pay by either debit or credit card, although credit card payments can occur a 2.2% transaction fee.

Your water company is obliged to supply your property with a minimum of 8 litres of water per minute.

Eight litres of water will allow you to shower comfortably, using a thermostatic mixer valve.

As long as there are no unexpected issues which arise during the installation, a straight like for like boiler swap will take between 4 - 6 hours.
