We are a family run business, specialising in boiler, central heating installations and varying renewable technologies. Based in Bradford, we cover the Yorkshire and Lancashire regions, however our next phase of growth is to expand across further areas of the UK. Our experienced team require an additional administrator who has vast experience of office based administration and customer service skills to complement the existing skill set within the company.
The Role: This role is split into two areas. Your primary function is to manage the email and diary of the Managing Director, book travel and arrange networking events. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for the administration and diary management for our private domestic market. You will be competent in maintaining records and databases, contacting customers by telephone and managing the administration aspect of the role. You will be an expert in prioritising your workloads to ensure specific deadlines are achieved. You will be experienced in providing KPI data for the management team in relation to the role and have the ability to quickly and efficiently change your focus onto the differing tasks within your function.
The Candidate: Previous knowledge of boiler installations is preferable however not essential as training will be provided.
